Google Using MacBooks

The Chrome Os will be Macbooks and to see what we're talking about, hit the source link for a gallery of shots by 9to5Mac of the Google I/O event which to be honest appeared more like WWDC than anything else.

Of course, the MacBook Air is ultraportable, has great battery life and appears to be the choice of reporters due to its lightweight features that are sufficient enough for the job.

However this may be the final year we see such a sight at the annual Google I/O event, as come next year there are going to be a wave of Chrome OS netbooks already having penetrated the market.

With both a Samsung and Acer Chrome OS netbook model reportedly sighted on Amazon already, we're certain that Google for one will be equipping their Chrome booths and other displays using their own brand of netbooks instead of the MacBook Air like on display this year.
